It also provides access to detailed 2024 benefit summaries, comparisons, and legally required documents—such as SPDs,* any SMMs to those SPDs, and Summary of Benefits and Coverages (SBCs). These will continue to be posted on PlanSource through December 31, 2024. Beginning October 16, 2024, these will also be posted under the Reference Center on MyBenefits Online. Paper versions of these documents are also available, free of charge, by contacting either the Clif Bar Benefits Center at 1-844-372-2963 (through December 31, 2024) or the Mondelēz International Benefits Center at 1-800-887-8807 (Option 1 – Benefits; Option 1 – Health & Welfare Benefits) beginning October 16, 2024.
