If you don&#8217;t enroll by the deadline, you won&#8217;t have medical, dental, vision, a Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA), Dependent Day Care FSA, or other voluntary coverages for the current year (unless you experience a qualified life event).<\/p>\n<p>Make your 401(k) Savings Plan elections within 30 days of your eligibility date. Once your account is established via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>, you receive additional information directly from Fidelity (including how to activate your account on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbenefits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>NetBenefits website<\/u><\/a>, request additional debit cards, invest your HSA contributions, and name beneficiaries for your HSA).<\/li><li>Understand\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mdlzbmr.com\/clifhourlybakery\/enrollment-rules\/\">enrollment<\/a>, including what happens if you don\u2019t make your elections.<\/li><li>Be sure to review and submit your health and welfare coverage elections on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>. Once you do, you'll be able to view your online Benefit Summary. Review your coverage elections carefully. If there's an error, promptly contact the Mondel\u0113z International Benefits Center at <a href=\"tel:1-800-887-8807\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1-800-887-8807<\/a> (Option 1 - Benefits; Option 1 - Health &amp; Welfare Benefits) so that it can be corrected as soon as possible.<\/li><li>Review the 401(k) Savings Plan Welcome Packet that you receive at your home approximately 10 days after your eligibility date. Consider your contribution and investment options and submit your elections through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbenefits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NetBenefits website<\/a>. Then, watch your email or mailbox for your 401(k) Confirmation Statement.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t    <h2>Don&#8217;t miss important updates<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Sign up for text message alerts and review your email address designated as &#8220;primary&#8221; on <a href=\"http:\/\/mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\" target=\"_blank\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>. To do so, log in, select your name at the top right of the page, select <b>Profile<\/b>, and go to the <b>Personal Preferences<\/b> section.
