This IRS tax form contains information about the medical coverage offered to you through MDLZ for the previous year-even if you waived coverage. Even though you don&#8217;t need to file your Form with your taxes, it&#8217;s a good idea to save it for your records.<\/p>\n<p>The IRS&#8217;s distribution rules recently changed, so we&#8217;ll no longer be mailing paper copies of this annual Form (unless required by your individual state).
