You can access <a href=\"https:\/\/mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> 24\/7. If you&#8217;re new to <a href=\"https:\/\/mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>MyBenefits Online<\/u><\/a>, here&#8217;s how to access and register your account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect directly by going to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com<\/a>:\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Register <\/strong>under <strong>Don&#8217;t have an account?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Set up your username, password, and security questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Log in using your new credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you&#8217;re logged in, click <strong>Start Here <\/strong>at the top of the home page and follow the prompts to enroll (if you&#8217;re making coverage elections). This helps prevent duplication of benefits for the same services. So, if you elect employee plus one or more dependents under the Medical Plan and your spouse or domestic partner elect family coverage under his or her employer\u2019s plan, the Medical Plan generally coordinates benefits as follows:<ul><li>The Medical Plan is \u201cprimary\u201d for you.<\/li><li>The Medical Plan is \u201csecondary\u201d for your spouse or domestic partner.<\/li><li>If you and your spouse cover your dependent children under both of your plans, primary coverage for the children will generally be provided by the plan of the parent with the birth date earlier in the year.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span class=\"red-text\"><strong>Having other coverage may impact your eligibility to open an HSA<\/strong><\/span> if you enroll in the HSA Compatible PPO option.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t<h4>401(k) Savings Plan<\/h4>\n<p>You can make your elections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Online:<\/strong> By logging in to your account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netbenefits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>NetBenefits website<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>By Phone:<\/strong> For personal assistance or to reach Fidelity via the Mondel\u0113z International Retirement and Savings Plan Center, call <a href=\"tel:18666124582\">1-866-612-4582<\/a>. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Central Time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tWhen you can change your elections\t<\/h2>\n\t<h4><strong>The following rules apply:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The coverage elections you make generally continue through December 31 of each year.<\/strong> During the year, you can change most coverage elections <strong>only<\/strong> if you experience a qualified life event. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> for details regarding qualified life events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You may start, increase, decrease, or stop your Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution election<\/strong> at any time during the year by going to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> (with the election taking effect prospectively at Fidelity-the service provider for your Fidelity HSA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>You may elect or change your Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage<\/strong> at any time throughout the year (including dropping coverage), but you must enroll within your original 30-day enrollment window to avoid having to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI).<\/li>\n<li><strong>You may elect or change your Optional Life Insurance coverage<\/strong> if you experience a qualified life event (or during Annual Enrollment), though EOI may be required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You may change your 401(k) Savings Plan contribution and investment elections<\/strong> at any time. Log on to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netbenefits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NetBenefits website<\/a> to make changes to your contribution rate, or to change your current and future investment elections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mdlzbmr.com\/clifhourlybakery\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/06\/Enrollment-Rules-Icon.png\" alt=\"Enrollment-Rules-Icon\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"194\" width=\"225\" title=\"Enrollment-Rules-Icon\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading='lazy' \/>\n\t\t<h2>Important<\/h2>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t enroll by the deadline, you won&#8217;t have medical, dental, vision, an HSA, a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA), a Dependent Day Care FSA, or other voluntary coverages for the current year (unless you experience a qualified life event).
