Review and make any other health and welfare coverage elections within 30 days of your eligibility date (your eligibility date is your U.S. assignment date). If you don&#8217;t enroll by the deadline, you won&#8217;t have vision coverage, a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA) or other voluntary coverages for the current year (unless you experience a qualified life event).<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re newly eligible for the 401(k) Savings Plan, make your elections within 30 days of your eligibility date. By doing so, your elective contributions, Company basic contributions, and Company matching contributions begin approximately the first pay cycle 30 days after your eligibility date. Once you do, you&#8217;ll be able to view your online Benefit Summary. Review your coverage elections carefully.
