Making Changes to Your Coverage

Within 30 days of the date of the qualified life event, contact the Mondelēz International Benefits Center at 1 -800-887-8807 (Option 1 – Benefits; Option 1 – Health & Welfare Benefits). Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central Time). If you don’t notify within the 30-day period, you’ll need to wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to make any changes.
