You can access <a href=\"https:\/\/mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>MyBenefits Online<\/u><\/a> 24\/7. This helps prevent duplication of benefits for the same services.<\/p><p>So, if you elect retiree plus one or more dependents under the Pre-65 Plan and your spouse or domestic partner elect family coverage under his or her employer\u2019s plan, the Pre-65 Plan generally coordinates benefits as follows:<\/p><ul><li>The Pre-65 Plan is \u201cprimary\u201d for you.<\/li><li>The Pre-65 Plan is \u201csecondary\u201d for your spouse or domestic partner.<\/li><li>If you and your spouse cover your dependent children under both of your plans, primary coverage for the children will generally be provided by the plan of the parent with the birth date earlier in the year.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t<h4>When you can change your elections<\/h4>\n<p>The coverage elections you make generally continue through December 31 of each year. During the year, you can change most coverage elections\u00a0<strong>only<\/strong>\u00a0if you experience a qualified life event.
