STACKED WITH GOODNESS
2026 Annual Enrollment is almost here—and it’s stacked with support resources to help you understand your coverage options, compare costs, and make confident choices for the year ahead.
This is a passive enrollment. That means your year-end 2025 coverage elections will carry over to 2026—at the coverage option’s 2026 cost—unless you make changes. Note that if you’re first eligible in 2026, you’ll need to make elections during Annual Enrollment if you want coverage next year. One exception: Your 2025 Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA) contribution election will reset to $0 on January 1, 2026. So, if you want to contribute next year to your FSA or you want to contribute to your HSA starting in January, you’ll need to make your 2026 contribution election during Annual Enrollment. See below for how HSA and FSA contribution limits are increasing for 2026, which means you’ll be able to contribute more to these accounts next year.
How to enroll
Beginning October 22, you’ll be able to compare your 2026 coverage options and costs on MyBenefits Online before you make your elections. If you have questions, use Sofia (your virtual benefits assistant on MyBenefits Online), or call the Mondelēz International Benefits Center at 1-800-887-8807 (Option 1 – Benefits; Option 1 – Health & Welfare Benefits). During 2026 Annual Enrollment, representatives will be available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) to answer your enrollment-related questions.
Find out how to register and use MyBenefits Online, Sofia, and the MyChoice Benefits app (a mobile version of your MyBenefits Online account) now.
Just don’t forget—Annual Enrollment runs from October 22 to November 7, 2025.
