Mark your calendar: Annual Enrollment runs from October 22 to November 7, 2025.

What you can do today …
Get a jump-start now to make sure you’re ready when 2026 Annual Enrollment hits:

Make sure you can log in to MyBenefits Online—you may have to reset your password if you haven’t accessed your account in a while.
Update your “primary” email address to ensure you don’t miss any Annual Enrollment updates or deadlines.
Opt in to SMS text notifications so you’re always in the loop!

First time? Click Register under Don't have an account? (Company Key: MDLZ). Set up your
username, password, and security questions. Then, log in using your new credentials.

Haven't logged in for a while? You'll be prompted to reset your password if it has been more than 90 days since you last accessed your account.
Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Scroll down to Personal Preferences.
If you haven’t opted in for text message alerts (shown next to your cell number), click Edit next to Contact Preferences and check the Accept SMS Terms and Conditions box. By doing so, you’ll receive updates on your mobile device via text message. You can also add or update your primary email address and select it as your “primary” address for receiving benefits information.
Select Save–and you’re all set!

With just months left in 2025, now’s the time for you and your covered family members to schedule your annual physicals and other preventive care if you haven’t already.

In-network preventive care—like annual physicals, related bloodwork, immunizations, and cancer screenings—is covered at 100%. These visits can catch potential health issues early, often leading to easier treatment and better outcomes. It’s self-care that pays off.

Preventive care is available at no cost for those you enroll in the Mondelēz Global Medical Plan (Medical Plan). Keep this in mind during 2026 Annual Enrollment when you’re making your coverage elections.

Did you know that some medications come in multiple forms—like tablets, capsules, creams, or gels—and that switching the form could cost you less?

With RxSS, you can discover lower-cost options for the exact same medications your doctor is already prescribing. And, if you cover dependents, even more savings may be waiting.

RxSS shows you ways to:

Spend less on prescriptions for you and your covered family members
Easily compare options for switching to a different, lower-cost form of your same prescribed drug

Make the most of RxSS:

Watch your email in August—you may receive a communication from RxSS if they determine your current prescription comes in another more cost-effective form.
Continue to look for cost differences between forms like tablets vs. capsules, or creams vs. gels.
Talk to your doctor to see if switching to a more affordable form makes sense.
Check your account regularly to see newly available savings opportunities—especially if your medications or dosages have changed.
Invite your adult covered dependents to activate their RxSS account, too—it’s free and easy.

RxSS works with your prescription drug coverage under the Medical Plan. It’s available at no additional cost for you and your covered family members if you’re enrolled in the Medical Plan with prescription drug coverage through CVS Caremark. Keep this in mind during 2026 Annual Enrollment when you’re making your coverage elections.

QUICK 401(k) SAVINGS PLAN CHECK-IN

Make the most of your retirement savings:

Generally, you may contribute from 1% to 50% of your eligible pay on a before-tax and/or after-tax basis (contributions are capped at 15% if you’re considered a highly compensated employee).
Contributions can also be made as Roth, which are after-tax contributions, but their earnings are tax-free.
If you’ll be age 50 or older in 2025, you can make additional before-tax and/or Roth catch-up contributions.
You can change your contribution percentage and investment elections at any time.
You’re always 100% vested in your own contributions immediately.
IRS regulations let you contribute before-tax and Roth contributions, up to $23,500 in 2025 (plus an additional $7,500 in before-tax and/or Roth catch-up contributions if you're age 50 or older in 2025).
