For additional details about eligible expenses, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/forms-pubs\/about-publication-502\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRS Publication 502<\/a>.<\/p><p>You can contribute if you:<\/p><ul><li>Enroll in the $750 Deductible medical option.<\/li><li>Enroll in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), but don\u2019t maintain an HSA.<\/li><li>Waive medical coverage (i.e., you decide not to enroll for medical coverage through MDLZ).<\/li><\/ul><p>You may elect up to $3,300 before-tax for 2026 (this is the contribution limit, even though the IRS\u2019s annual contribution limit for 2026 is $3,400).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-3491\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse3491\" aria-controls=\"collapse3491\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> Using your Health Care FSA<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse3491\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-3491\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>Once you enroll and make your Health Care FSA contribution election on <a href=\"https:\/\/mondelez.ehr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>, Fidelity sends you additional information (including a debit card called the NetBenefits\u00ae Access Card).
