MDLZ supports your personal well-being through a variety of Policies and programs

  • Commuter Benefit Program through Fidelity HealthSM (Fidelity): Enables you to pay for your eligible transit and parking expenses commuting to and from work―tax free. As long as you make a contribution election by the 10th of each month on the NetBenefits website, the contributions you elect are available in your Commuter Benefit Program account on the first of the month following. Both MyBenefits Online and the NetBenefits website offer additional details about your Commuter Benefit Program.
  • Discount Program through PlumBenefits: Offers you exclusive discounts, access to preferred seating, tickets to top attractions (including theme parks, shows, and sporting events), and special promotions on everyday products and services. This is in addition to the discount program through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Access here with your MDLZ email address or with the Company code for MDLZ—ac1230144.
  • Child Care Discounts through KinderCare: Provides discounted rates for full-time, part-time, and drop-in care at a U.S. KinderCare center. Discounts also apply to U.S. Champions before- and after-school programs. Learn more.
    • KinderCare Summer Camps: Summer is just around the corner and KinderCare is excited to bring to life a unique summer camp experience. Champ Camp Great Outdoors programs are now open for enrollment. These summer camps offer full-day care throughout the summer for adventurers ages 5 to 12.
      • Kids can dive headfirst into new interests, and maybe even meet their next best friend through a nature-focused program.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)/Vacation Policy: Allows for essential time away from work to relax and refresh, as well as take care of personal needs and responsibilities. PTO can be used for vacation, appointments, illnesses, school activities, holidays not observed by MDLZ, and any other personal time you need to recharge.
  • Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance Policies: Reimburse eligible expenses (up to $10,000 per child within a rolling 12-month period, and up to $30,000 during your lifetime) to help lower your out-of-pocket costs.
  • Education Assistance Policy: Helps you continue your professional development at an accredited institution by offsetting costs for pre-approved courses (up to $5,250 per year for a bachelor’s or $8,000 per year for a master’s degree).
  • Scholarship Program: Provides financial assistance with college education for selected eligible children of full-time active employees.
