Do I need an ID Card?

You should receive an ID card for medical coverage if you enroll in either the $750, $2,250, or $3,500 Deductible option.

Contact your medical carrier directly if you need a replacement. (Note: Some carriers provide ID cards electronically via their website and/or app.)
