Well-Being at MDLZ
At MDLZ, we’re here to help you be your best self—the right you
Your health and welfare coverages and retirement benefits through MDLZ are all in place to support your overall well-being. They take a holistic approach, and are designed to support three well-being pillars: Mind, Body, and Connection.
In addition, under The Right You umbrella, you have access to a variety of:
- Support resources through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP); and
- Global and U.S.-sponsored well-being initiatives and campaigns throughout the year.
No need to enroll in The Right You, simply use your health and welfare coverages and retirement benefits through MDLZ and participate in the well-being initiatives. They’re all in place to help further you along your well-being journey so you can be your best self—The Right You.
Mind
Supporting the whole you means recognizing all the interrelated aspects of well-being. A focus on the Mind is fundamental. You have access to well-being resources that not only support your mental health, emotional wellness, and resiliency, but also support you financially. They’re all key to helping you achieve an overall sense of balance.
Body
The Body is complex and needs proper attention to function well. Here at MDLZ, you have well-being resources designed to support your preventive health, healthy habits (fitness, nutrition, and sleep), and occupational health to better achieve overall sustained physical well‑being.
Connection
Feeling Connection at work, at home, and in the community is so important to well-being. This includes taking time to focus on what matters most to you, having a flexible workplace, connecting with coworkers (either in person or through technology that enables effective interactions), engaging with internal MDLZ communities (e.g., Employee Resource Groups), and finding overall purpose. At MDLZ, you have access to resources designed to help you expand your healthy Connections.
