(You’re generally first eligible 90 days after your hire date.) If you don’t enroll by the deadline, you won’t have access to the MDLZ coverages for which you’re eligible for the current year. Depending on your negotiated CBA, this could mean you won’t have medical, dental, vision, a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA), a Dependent Day Care FSA, or other voluntary coverages for the current year. Your next opportunity to enroll will be Annual Enrollment (for the next calendar year)-unless you experience a qualified life event, in which case you can enroll mid-year at the time of your life event.<\/p>\n Make your 401(k) Savings Plan elections within 30 days of your eligibility date, which is six months after your initial hire date (provided you’ve worked at least 500 hours during that time). By doing so, your elective contributions and any Company contributions for which you’re eligible, begin approximately the first pay cycle 30 days after your eligibility date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t Depending on your negotiated CBA and the MDLZ coverages for which you’re eligible, here are a few key questions to help you decide what will best support your well-being-The Right You<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Use the online tools and resources available for your health and welfare coverages on MyBenefits Online<\/a>, and then use\u00a0MyBenefits Online<\/a> to enroll. Your MyBenefits Online<\/a> account includes the coverages for which you’re eligible, and any costs, given your negotiated CBA.<\/p>\n To make your 401(k) Savings Plan elections and to use the variety of Fidelity tools and resources, access the NetBenefits website<\/a>. This is also where you’ll go to further manage your FSA(s) (if applicable) and\/or Commuter Benefit Program account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tKEY POINTS TO REMEMBER\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t Sign up for text message alerts and review your email address designated as “primary” on MyBenefits Online<\/strong><\/a>. To do so, log in, select your name at the top right of the page, select Profile<\/strong>, and go to the Personal Preferences<\/strong> section.
