The coverage that&#8217;s available to you depends on your union&#8217;s negotiated collective bargaining agreement (CBA).<\/p>\n<p>If eligible, see your collective bargaining unit&#8217;s Health Care Benefits Supplement. It&#8217;s posted to the <em>Reference Center<\/em> in your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> account and includes which carrier-Delta Dental of Illinois (Delta Dental) or Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest (Kaiser NW)-administers your coverage. The <em>Reference Center<\/em> also includes your Summary Plan Description (SPD), which details what&#8217;s included in your dental coverage and how the Dental Plan pays benefits.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to enroll for medical coverage through MDLZ to elect dental coverage.
