In addition, any medical, prescription drug, dental, or vision coverage for which you may be eligible is highlighted in your collective bargaining unit&#8217;s Health Care Benefits Supplement. Note that any non-health care coverages for which you may be eligible are described in separate documents or Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs). You can find all of these posted in the <em>Reference Center<\/em> when you log in to your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHEALTH\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Medical:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Where you get care:<\/strong> If eligible, your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> account includes details about your medical coverage. Note that it&#8217;s always most cost effective to receive care from an in-network provider. Be sure to confirm your provider&#8217;s network participation by using the provider look-up tool on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>\u2015especially since network participation can change over time. It&#8217;s also good to confirm network participation directly with your provider before you receive services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special coverage needs:<\/strong> Consider the specific care you or your family members may need (for example, regular check-ups with a specialty provider). To understand how your carrier will cover your care, use their cost look-up tools on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dental and vision:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind, depending on your union&#8217;s negotiated CBA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You may have dental coverage for you and your eligible dependents<\/strong> under the Mondel\u0113z Global Dental Plan (Dental Plan). If so, refer to your collective bargaining unit&#8217;s Health Care Benefits Supplement for which carrier is the administrator. Your Health Care Benefits Supplement is posted under the <em>Reference Center<\/em> in your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> account, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> includes more detailed coverage information. If available, be sure to consider whether this coverage will best meet your dental care needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you&#8217;re eligible and enrolled in medical coverage through MDLZ, you may have vision coverage or vision discount programs<\/strong> available for you and your eligible dependents. Refer to your collective bargaining unit&#8217;s Health Care Benefits Supplement and your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdlzmybenefitsonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBenefits Online<\/a> account for more detailed coverage information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\tMONEY\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Your union&#8217;s negotiated CBA determines whether you&#8217;re eligible for the following. Here are a few key points to keep in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Think through the potential tax savings of contributing to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)<\/strong><strong>-your union&#8217;s negotiated CBA may allow for you to participate in one or both FSAs:<\/strong>\u00a0If you&#8217;re a new hire, note that any amount you may have contributed to an FSA since January 1, 2026 (prior to your employment with MDLZ ) will count toward the annual contribution limits that apply to the FSAs. If you decide to participate in an FSA, plan carefully. By law, you&#8217;ll forfeit any amount for the year left in your FSA after the claims submission window ends on March 31, 2027.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consider whether additional disability, life, and accident protection makes sense for you: <\/strong>Refer to your union&#8217;s negotiated CBA and understand what coverages you automatically receive from MDLZ as well as what options you have to purchase additional coverages. If you&#8217;re a new hire, you have a one-time opportunity to elect certain Optional Life and\/or Supplemental Life Insurance coverage amounts without having to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI). When you first enroll and during Annual Enrollment, be sure you review your beneficiaries and update them if needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don&#8217;t wait to start thinking about your financial well-being and future financial security:<\/strong> If your union&#8217;s negotiated CBA allows you to participate, the 401(k) Savings Plan can help you meet your goals. If you&#8217;re a new hire, automatic enrollment may apply at the time you&#8217;re first eligible, unless you actively make a different election. Log in to your account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netbenefits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NetBenefits website<\/a> for 401(k) Savings Plan details. Remember, you can opt out, increase, or decrease your contribution rate; and change your investment elections at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\tMORE\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Enroll during new hire or Annual Enrollment; or participate any time throughout the year: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commuter Benefit Program:<\/strong>\u00a0Enables you to pay for your eligible transit and parking expenses commuting to and from work-tax free.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discount Program:<\/strong>\u00a0Offers exclusive discounts on everyday products and services through PlumBenefits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Child Care Discounts:<\/strong> Offers discounted rates for full-time, part-time, and drop-in care at a U.S. KinderCare center or Champions location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key points to keep in mind: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Other Programs:<\/strong>\u00a0Don&#8217;t forget the variety of other Programs and Policies that are in place to help support <strong>The Right You<\/strong>.
