Well-being tip #1 - schedule your preventive care visits
2026 is almost halfway complete—talk with your doctors to see which preventive care services are right for you and your family. Then, schedule your screenings, immunizations, and routine checkups! For guidance on recommended preventive care services go to healthcare.gov, and to review your 2026 coverage elections log in to your MyBenefits Online account.
Remember, under your medical coverage through MDLZ, in-network preventive care is covered at 100%!
- Preventive medical care includes your annual physical, bloodwork, and/or well-woman visit. It also includes screenings like routine mammograms, colonoscopies, and vaccinations too.
- Preventive dental services include routine exams, cleanings, and diagnostic care.
- Preventive vision care includes a comprehensive eye exam, and if you remain in-network it’s covered at 100%.
DON’T FORGET: $50 WELLNESS BENEFIT WITH CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE

Well-being tip #2 - make the most of your money
Be sure to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to help pay for eligible expenses throughout the year—keeping things simple, predictable, and budget-friendly.
If you have an HSA, you can use it to help pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision expenses—before-tax. You can use your NetBenefits® Access Card to pay upfront, or you can reimburse yourself later by submitting a claim via the NetBenefits website. For details, including what are considered eligible expenses, see the HSA page.
Good to know: You can change your HSA contribution election on MyBenefits Online at any time.
If you have a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA) or Dependent Day Care FSA, you can use it to help pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses—before-tax. You can use your NetBenefits Access Card to pay upfront or reimburse yourself later via the NetBenefits website. To learn more, see the FSAs page.
Good to know: FSAs are “use it or lose it” so be sure you plan ahead and spend the full amount in your account before year-end.
And, don’t forget to make contributions to your 401(k) Savings Plan. Your account is in place to support your financial well-being today and into the future.
Your account is a long-term savings vehicle designed to support your financial well-being. You can save to your account and MDLZ contributes too! In fact, contributing as much as you can and taking full advantage of Company matching contributions can help prepare you financially for the future. Consider how contributions might add up for you:

See the 401(k) Savings Plan page for more details.

Find motivation to move with hinge health's help
Keeping your Body healthy is key to overall well-being.
Hinge Health can help your Body move better. On average, those who use the virtual physical therapy program find that they reduce their pain by 68% after a 12-week period. And, with Hinge Health's expert support, you can recommit to movement, refresh your exercise routine, and build lasting habits to feel better all year long. With Hinge Health, you get:
- Personalized care plans tailored to your daily activities, challenges, and long-term goals
- Short, guided exercise therapy sessions you can do in just 15 minutes a day
- One-on-one coaching from licensed physical therapists and health coaches
- Real-time motion tracking to help with form, confidence, and progress
Even small bursts of daily activity can boost energy, ease muscle and joint discomfort, and support your overall physical well-being.
As you celebrate well-being, try these proven strategies from Hinge Health coaches to keep your movement routine going strong:
- Reconnect with your “why.” Think about the bigger goals behind your movement—perhaps they include having less pain, more energy, or being able to enjoy your favorite activities.
- Start small on busy days. Even a few minutes of stretching count. Small steps can keep your momentum going.
- Take advantage of the weather. A change of scenery—like a quick walk outdoors or a gentle stretch on the patio—can help you reset your motivation to move.
- Create a simple pre-movement ritual. Whether it’s deep breathing, a warm-up stretch, or cranking up the music you love, small cues can help you shift into “movement mode.”
Get started: Go to hinge.health/MDLZ or call 1-855-902-2777.
Hinge Health is available at no additional cost for you and your covered family members if you're enrolled in coverage under the Mondelēz Global Medical Plan (Medical Plan).

* If you’re prescribed an anti-obesity medication (AOM), including GLP-1s for weight-loss management, you must enroll in and engage with Vida before your AOM (or GLP-1) is eligible for benefits under your MDLZ-sponsored prescription drug coverage.
- Choose a coach who matches your lifestyle, for personalized guidance that fits your goals.
- Build simple habits to help you feel your best, like taking movement breaks, stretching, or practicing mindful breathing.
- Use Vida’s digital tools to help support healthy routines—access guided meditations, follow a personalized nutrition plan, and track your progress over time.
