- Commuter Benefit Program through Fidelity HealthSM (Fidelity): Enables you to pay for your eligible transit and parking expenses commuting to and from work―tax free. As long as you make a contribution election by the 10th of each month on the NetBenefits website, the contributions you elect are available in your Commuter Benefit Program account on the first of the month following. Both MyBenefits Online and the NetBenefits website offer additional details about your Commuter Benefit Program.
- Discount Program through PlumBenefits: Offers you exclusive discounts, access to preferred seating, tickets to top attractions (including theme parks, shows, and sporting events), and special promotions on everyday products and services. This is in addition to the discount program through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Access here with your MDLZ email address or with the Company code for MDLZ—ac1230144.
- Child Care Discounts through KinderCare: Provides discounted rates for full-time, part-time, and drop-in care at a U.S. KinderCare center. Discounts also apply to U.S. Champions before- and after-school programs. Learn more.
- Vacation Policy: Allows for essential time away from work to relax and refresh, as well as take care of personal needs and responsibilities. Vacation can be used for appointments, illnesses, school activities, holidays not observed by MDLZ, and any other personal time you need to recharge.
